Hello everyone, an occasion to make pancakes is always so good and very easy to make, it is a basic to have in your recipe book.
INGREDIENTS :
For ten pancakes:
- 60cl of milk
- 4 eggs
- 330g flour
- 60g butter
- 25g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for the crepe maker
First stage :
I'll start by mixing the flour, sugar and salt.
I make a well in the middle and add the eggs to it.
I will gradually mix in the middle, taking the flour little by little to try to have as few lumps as possible, When it gets a little complicated to mix at this point you add the milk again, little by little the preparation will relax.
Then add the melted butter which is not too hot and mix well.
And at this point you can use a hand blender to remove all the lumps if there are any.
You can keep your dough cool or use it right away.
Used a pancake pan or a crepe maker, for my part I'm going to put a little oil on the baking sheet between each pancake, and then you put the dough and you spread it on the crepe maker according to the thickness of the pancakes that you prefer.
You turn it over and let it cook for about a minute on each side.
I used the pancakes to make sweet and savory pancakes so I didn't put any vanilla inside and I put a little bit of sugar, if you only make sweet pancakes you can of course add vanilla or chocolate, add a little more sugar or vanilla sugar if you wish, at this time you choose.
The pancakes are finished to enjoy lukewarm or cold as you prefer, with sugar spread a scoop of ice cream whipped cream for the greediest I know there is some here.
